Main Applications, Functions and Features
1. This machine is of the third second generation hydraulic plate shears, it is suitable for general manufacture, motor, appliance and light industry. This machine is used for straight sheet material whose tensile strength shall be less than 450N/mm2 , plates with higher tensile strength such as low alloy steel, stainless steel and spring steel can also be sheared if only you minimize the shearing thickness of plates and improve the blade material.
2. The machine is equipped with front and back gauge. Mechanical adjustment unit with digital indication for back gauge, so it’s convenient and reliable. The front gauge is provided with scale , displaying dimensions , and it’s positioned by stop. The machine also equipped with a safty barrier .
The whole frame is steel welded , vibrating treatment to remove the internal stress , good rigidity and stability .
3. Adopt interacted hydraulic transmission system.
4. Tandem cylinder ensure the consult of shearing angle when the machine is working.
5. Triple support lead rail to eliminate the gaps , it enhance the shearing quality.
6. The accumulator’s return is stable and fast.
7. Rectangular blades with four cutting edges to prolong working life.
8. Blades clearance adjusted by hand wheel , it’s quick, accurate and convenient.
9. Adjusting shearing angle to reduce the deformation of the sheet .
10. Upper blade holder with inward struture, it’s facilitate to feed the material.
11. Rolling ball device reduce the frictional resistance , at the same time , it can protect the workpiece surface from scratching.

Structure of the machine
(1)Machine Frame
This machine is of overall frame structure with good rigidity. The body is composed of left and right vertical columns , worktable, press plate and oil tank . Two oil cylinders are fixed on bearing plate connected by two columns and outer press plate.
(2)Top Blade Beam
It is of welded-steel plate construction with triangular framing , it capped with rail plate , blade beam and back gauge device. It completes shearing motion through reciprocating motion driving by big and small oil cylinders and return cylinder.
(3)Left and right oil cylinder device
It is composed of two oil cylinders , pistons and sealings which driving upper blade beam working .
(4) Hydraulic system
Driving section is composed of main motor, oil pump, valve block, oil tank and pipeline .
(5) Hold-down device
It is composed of several hold-down oil cylinders which are fitted on the supporting board in front of the machine frame. The hold-down head will overcome the pulling force of the spring(9)and press down to press the material tightly after the hold-down oil cylinder is filled with oil .After shearing, it will come back to its original position with the help of the pulling force of the spring. The hold-down pressure can be increased with the increasing of the thickness of the materials to be sheared.
(6) Blade beam clearance adjustment mechanism
It is composed of hand wheel, reducer , lever and dial records, the blade clearance can be adjusted according to shearing thickness of the plates.
(7) Electric system
It is composed of electrical box fitted on left vertical column and button box fitted on press plate for operating and controlling the machine.
