Machine Introduction

3 distance of the back guage and adjustment of the stroke all controlled by the servo motor and CNC system. Back guage adopts the high-accuracy ball, screw rod and liner guide. The hold-in range provides the machine with a faster working speed and higher working accuracy. The CNC system adopts the double axis servo motor, and more than one hundred bending process can be saved in the machine.

4 The movement of retainer arm is controlled by the liner guide, and the distance of the arm can be adjusted optionally. The height of it can also be changed, which makes the machine bending more conveniently.

5 The bending mould is clamped by the pincers, which can improve the accuracy when bending.(if you want a higher accuracy, then the hydraulic raised or wedge type worktable will be recommended.)

8 Safety barrier device all around the machinery, electrical cabinets equipped with Open door cut-off function, emergency stop button around front and back, protective cover foot switch to ensure safe working.
